Our Trips
This website is a collection of our travel stories. The website was created in October 2008, which coincided with our departure for our first recorded trip, beginning in Morocco. There have been many trips before this one, and many more to come after, this is just a starting point for our adventures around the world. Here is a list of trips that are included on continentaldrifters.ca.

North America (2004 - 2008):
The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. 2004.
New York City 2006 and 2008:
New York City is a place that is hard to avoid, especially when living on the west coast and having to travel on the other side of the world. It’s also a great place to visit when you have a friend who works there and a desire to have vagabonds stay on his couch.
Vancouver, British Columbia (2004 - 2008):
This is the place we call home, yet there is very little in the way of content focusing on Vancouver, which is something that we are working to change. With so much “back content” to fill in from other trips around the world, there are equal amounts from Vancouver to re-visit, and with the lead up to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, being held here in February, we’ll be catching up!!
Other North America (2004-2008):
Various trips to cities - including Atlanta, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and - all over the continent. Most of Western Canada, especially British Columbia has been traveled through quite extensively.
Remote Wilderness of Northern British Columbia (2004/2005):
There will be a few sets of photography from British Columbia, taken during Rob’s time spend working for a Mining Exploration company, where he spent time way out in the untouched wilderness of Northern Canada.
Europe (2000/01):

England 2000 / Eastern Europe 2001:
March 2000 [10 day trip to Southern England, centering around London]
April - July 2001. [3 month trip includes Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Greece, Italy] We landed in Copenhagen and headed East through Scandinavia into Russia. We visited St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kiev and Odessa before taking a ferry across the Black Sea and traveling through Turkey, Greece and onwards to Western Europe.
Looking back at where it all began, the first trips to Europe, which fueled our travel tanks with ideas and inspirations, and began the quest to conquer the world! A recently purchased scanner will help bring these photos back to life!
